If Forza 4 isnt brought onto the XBOne , i will have no reason to buy an XBOne . I just dont like the vast majority of the cars in the new titles . I prefer to drive the R class cars and they seem to be disapearing slowly but surely from the Forza garages . Votes for Forza 4 to be included on the XBOne is now at 12,335 btw !!!
The chances of any Forza title becoming backward compatible are pretty much zero, Forza Horizon was made available a few weeks before it reached its own end of life status. Then someone explain to me how did Grid 2 became backwards compatible? Codemasters can, if you ask them.
If it's made backwards compatible then, will the DLC also be reinstated? Because yeah, unless you get the Collector's Edition second hand (which thankfully, I have) then the Muscle Car Pack, and everything else, is gone.
Horizon 1 is backwards compatible but it’s the only one but also delisted. Forza Horizon is an odd one. It received BC support on 30-Aug-2016 and was delisted on 20-Oct-2016 i.e 52 days later. Then the BC implementation received an Xbox One X Enhanced 4k update in early 2018.
Even if Forza 4 was backwards compatible they'd still buy/play Horizon 4. not relevant because they are completely different games. They don't really make money on BC games anyway. hence why they will never do it, doubly so because it's better than their latest installment and will infringe on profits. 1.
Get a second hand 360. I have FM 1-4 that I play all the time on my 360. 4 had a great car selection and tracks, but man affinity made the cash system pointless. I played FM4 yesterday actually and there’s still people selling on the auction house.
